Gram Vikas Sanstha was established in 1987, under Bombay Public Trust Act.
An oath-taking ceremony for nursing school.
A program to create awareness among villagers.
An educational tour for teachers.
10 students with 2 teachers from the school went to Punjab to take part in 7 days Balmohatsav. Balmohatsav is a very unique concept launched by the country’s social scientist Dr. S N Subbarao.
Our students take out drives and do campaigning through street plays, dramas and songs to create awareness among villagers. They also take the oath not to buy and burn fire crackers ever, and make sure that everyone follows it.

Our students participated in government polio drive
Blood Sugar checking camp and awareness lecture was organised
Every year we collected food grains. Every student and teacher brings rice, white or dal from home, we collect it together. This year we gave 3 quintal grains to Vimlashram a home for prostitute’s children. This year there was an addition to our donation program. Elder students made paper pens and sold it and earned almost 5000 rupees. From which we purchased copies and gifted to the students of Anand Niketan Vidyalay.
Li Yueli, an engineering student from China came to our school for one month’s internship. This was a very unique experience not only for the school but for the entire village
Picnic was taken to Nagpur for younger students
3 days educational tour was organized for Elder students.
General health/medical checkup camp was organized for students and parents.
